My little sibs are on "out-side watch." They're watchin' 4 lizards, leaves, birds, bugs & bees. As tho' they could catch anything through the security screen. But I'm lookin' the other way. I'm on "in-side watch." I'm watchin' to see when Meowmuh goes into the kitchen. I'm on food-watch, you know, not bugs but real food watch!

Where's she? I'm waitin' on Meowmuh to come to bed. What's that beepin? Oh, yeah, she's settin' the cat burglar alarm. I tell her we would take out anyone that comes in our house. We are quiet but strong & Spirit's fast, very fast. Together we weigh 26 pounds. 26 pounds of hissing, scratching, pouncing fury!! So, CAT BURGLARS BEWARE!!!

I'm waitin' on Meowmuh to come upstairs to go to bed. My dumb sibs sleep on her bed. Me? Nope. I stay on the floor 'cause I have to watch her. If she gets up during the night, I get up & walk with her. The others just stay on the bed. When she gets up to stay up, she holds me before she holds the others. I'm the oldest & special, you see.

I'm waitin' for Meowmuh to come to bed. I sleep on her ankles. What's wrong with that? Where do you like to sleep? Oh, goodie, here she comes. But it takes her furr-ever to get ready for bed. I'm glad I don't have to set my hair or brush my teeth. One thing we have in common, we both wash our faces before we go to sleep. Sweet dreams.   

"Ooooh say can you see?" No, actually I can't. Looks upside down 2 me. Independence Day? Cats R independent everyday! Listen up: Holidays = food. Jump on a counter or table & find a whisker-smacking good treat. Not caught? Then it's the purr-fect crime. So, B purr-fectly Independent 2-Day & every day. Don't tell Meowmuh I said so!!!

OK, you gotta' see this purr-oster!!! Purrades, loud bangs & flashes are very purr-plexing to us. It might be fun for you. But we lay our ears back & hide. Meowmuh will play music so maybe the bangs won't be so loud. Plus she'll spray a calming spray for us. I'm purr-dee sure we'll be ok.  Read Meowmuh's "Safety 4 the 4th" article.

Today. Jume 24, is 'Cat World Domination Day!' No what that means? It means that throughout the world, we cats are in charge, we rule, we reign!!! Say it ain't so; I double dare 'ya. H.P. Lovecraft knew. He was an American author, the father of horror fiction. But he knew cats. Read his musings in the article:  The Dominating Cat.

June 19 is International Box Day!!! Purrfect! It's also Dad's Day! Did you know that Inkee-Bear & I have the same cat-dad? His name is 'Kool-Kat!' Cool, huh? Wonder if Dad loves boxes as much as I do? When I'm boxed or bagged, I love to play that game 'Hide & Surprise.' Be sure to watch our video: "Hide & Surprise: Box, Boxed, Boxing."  

We cats love 'Hide & Surprise.' First, you hide & be patient. You wait, watch, listen & when a hooman or critter walks by --BOOM, got-em'!! If it's a critter, the chase is on!! Just as I was leaving the box, BOOM!! Spirit got me! Made me mad! I slapped him a few times & watched until the very tippy tip of his skinny tail disappeared!

Is it really time to get up? I'm hungry but I'm sooo comfy. What? You can't sit up 'til I get up?  But I like sleepin' on you! Mostly I like sleepin' on your ankles but this morning...sleepin' on your tummy is better. I can hear my four-legged sibs causing a ruckus downstairs. Bet it's Spirit's fault. Spirit is messin' with Gracee again. When will Spirit ever learn? Ok, ok...I'll get up.

Meowmuh, what's that noise? It's coming from this cabinet. Spirit hears it too. Better open the door right away!! Oh...whew. It's just Sophee. That little girl's curiosity gets her closed in more closets, drawers, cupboards..anywhere you can think of & some places you can't think of. I worry 'bout her 'cause she's my little sister. She likes to have fun but she's way too curious! 

So, what's the big friggin' deal? It's our drawer...our wet food, our toys. Besides, I'm not the first cat to investigate a drawer. Curiosity gets the best of every cat I know...especially Sophee and yes, Spirit too. You know what they say: "Curiosity killed a cat BUT satisfaction brought him back." Today, Meowmuh drug this huge box into our house. She cut & snipped & pulled this thing out of the box. She assembled it. I'm not sure what it is but, just like everything else in this house, it's ours. Meowmuh says we'll go outside in it. Don't know how that will work but if it means I can go outside, I'm down for it!  So, Meowmuh, I'm loaded up & ready to roll!!

I'm tryin' out our new PetGear Jogger Stroller! On a scale of 1 to 5, it gets 5 purrs so far. It came in a HUGE box today from Amazing...er, I mean Amazon? Anyway, our hooman assembled it. She's gonna' push me in the stroller to exercise!  Stay tuned & watch us. Be sure to watch the video of us investigating the stroller. MEOWMUH!!!   LET'S ROLL!!

Yep...this is like me!! I can spit a pill straight up in the air with enof velocity to make it stick on the ceiling! Just try to give me a pill...I go ballistic...I hiss & growl & yowl. That's why they call me 'Crazee Gracee.' Pills are like hairballs...get rid of 'em! Is it Disaster Purr-paredness Week? As you can see, we're purr-pared. We have our own "American Red Cross Emergency Kit for disasters like when the house jumps, shakes & rattles. This is a new home for homeless 'meowies.' There are babies...er, kittens & adult cats. Their cat trees are fun & modern. We like modern...& fun. The kittens were asleep except for the one playing with a hooman. Bet he got a forever home! Another kitten had two hoomans that wanted him!
