I'm tryin' to understand this Yin and Yang thing. It's complicated, too complicated if you ask me. Meowmuh says it's about having balance. I can walk a beam. Is that balance? Oh, you mean 'inner' balance?  People love me and I love them. So, I must be balanced there too, know what I'm sayin'?  But you already knew that.

This is a feline representation of the Chinese symbol for Yin and Yang. The whole is greater than the assembled parts. Opposite forces can oppose and compliment each other. Examples:  light & dark, fire & water, expanding & contracting, old & young. Chinese medicine is directly related to the balance between Yin and Yang qualities within oneself.

I love sitting up here. Just like Inkee-Bear, from this perch, I can see everything that goes on upstairs and downstairs. I don't recommend that my brother, Spirit, napping and blocking my exit, should get on this beam. He might be strong and fast but he's fur shure a klutz. Meowmuh says he's like a bull in a china closet. Me? Meowmuh knows that I'm agile AND graceful.

This beam is my fav perch. From here, I'm lookin' at you and you're lookin' at me. Meowmuh says she doesn't look down to the first floor from the railing in the loft because it makes her dizzy. Must be a human problem. I might be a dizzy guy but I never actually GET dizzy.  I can see everything that goes on upstairs & downstairs. When you visit us, try my perch.

I'm takin' a break from my cardio workout. You can see my exercise wheel behind me. Meowmuh says it is 4 feet across. If she got a bigger wheel, maybe I could go even faster. Also, if she got another one, Sophee and I would each have our very own wheel. I'll have to have a serious 'wheel' discussion with Meowmuh.

Yes, I just took my sister off the exercise wheel. She's fast on the wheel but I'm faster. Yes, I'm a competitor. In this video, I'm working on my cardio. I exceeded my target rate here, I'm sure of it. Meowmuh says that when I exercise, I get in less trouble. Don't tell her I said so, but she's probably right. (Spirit is an Egyptian Mau; they can run 30 mph+)

This is how I start my cardio. Just keepin' the pace slow and steady. I do this several times a day. It's a blast! When people pick me up (which I don't ask for) they are surprised that I feel so hard and heavy. Meowmuh always tells them that I am solid muscle. She calls me her fav hard-body cat. Not sure what that means. But if she says I am, I am.

I couldn't wait to get shipped for an adventure so I took matters into my own paws. I scaled Mount White Cabinets in our exercise room. I am traversing the summit. It is scary & the air is thinner up here but I'm in shape. I work out all the time, you know. Next week, I'll show you a video or two of me on our exercise wheel.

I'm an adventure kind of guy. I like to go places and do daring things. Adventure's always been my priority. I'm thinking. To be good or not to be good, that is the question. How hard is it to be good? I sleep maybe 12 hours most days. I'm 'good' when I'm asleep. That's 50% of the time. The rest of the time....??? Well, there's always next year - 2017. That's tomorrow? Yikes. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

We are supposed to make a New Year's resol -- what? Resolution? Is that like a promise? For the New Year? Ok.  That's easy, I promise to be good. But first, I need to know, just how good do I have to be? ' Really good' or just 'good enough' good?

SOPHEE:  Frosty is made of snow? But we don't have snow, we have rain drops. Alot of drops in the last few days." SPIRIT: "Wait, there's noise coming from the back. Christmas carols? It's Christmas? Does Christmas mean treats? Yes? I love Christmas!

This is a what or a who? A snowman? In Southern California? R U kidding? His face is blinking & he's making noise. Christmas carols? No, they're not beautiful, they're noise. Turn that noise, carols, or whatever you want to call them, turn them off!

Decorate? Do we get treats? I'll do it! I'll take the end of this garland & pull it upstairs. You'll have garland up and down the stairs. Hey, Spirit -- after the garland's on the stairs, don't touch it. Same for the rest of you cannibals. LEAVE IT ALONE!

Yooowwwwllll!! Exactly how much longer will it be before U get our stroller fixed? It's been weeks now. You got it collapsed so now put it in the car. Too heavy? Well, get someone else to put it in the car. U know we love to ride. Just get it together & get it fixed!! I'm gonna yowl every night 'til it's fixed!!
