Why am I listenin' to a noisy whatever-it-is? I'm a Kool Kat so I'm supposed to 'get down' and 'get with' the beat. I'm tryin' my bestie. Dig it's spectacles? Hmm. They taste pretty good. You should try 'em. But not to be outdone by a-whatever-it-is, here's wishin' every critter I know & don't know a Happy Easter!

Meowmuh, who's sittin' in my cat tree? Maybe I should ask WHAT is sittin' in my tree! It looks like a pink cat with long ears wearin' sun glasses & a purple vest. Egads! What was he smokin' when he got dressed today?!

Spirit: What did ya' say? Hippity-hop-hop down the bunny trail? Where's that? Inkee-Bear: Who cares?  Spirit: Take a nap, Inkee-Bear. I'm investigatin' somethin' here. Dude-Big-Pink-Ears here says he's gonna' hop somewhere. Is it outside? Can I come? I wanna' see the bunny trail. Don't you, Inkee-Bear?  Inkee-Bear: You go, I'll nap. 

The Humane Society says:  ALL PARTS OF AN EASTER LILY ARE POISONOUS.   If you have an indoor cat, DO NOT buy an Easter Lily to put in your home.  If your cats are indoor-outdoor cats, or if you feed feral cats, DO NOT place Easter Lilies on your porch or around your house.  Meowmuh told us to be sure and tell you. 

Can't pinch me, I'm wearin' green. See? No one's ever seen a leprechaun? They're guys? They're smaller than small, have red beards, make & mend shoes & wear green hats and coats? That's easy-peasy. If I can't find one, I know who can. Sophee, Gracee or that team of geniuses on the TV show, 'Scorpion.' They'll find one.

Saints & le-pre-cons? We're celebrating them today? OK. How do we celebrate? Drink green beer? Wear a shamrock? I'm game if we get treats. No treats!? Hissss. Oh, well. Then I'm gonna' take a nap but Happy St. Pat's Day anyway everyone!

This is one of my fav spots. If I nap here, I can see anyone that comes up the stairs & I have a great view of Meowmuh's bedroom.  She says she read that cats sleep 18 hours per day. But whose counting? Not me. When I'm awake, I'm following Meowmuh, running with & sometimes from my crazy sibs & looking for FOOD!  So, a girl needs a good place to rest, know what I mean?

This is one of my fav spots to nap. Up on our cat-walk, we can nap, soak up the sun, wake up, stretch & look outside. We can watch the tree, the leaves, the birds, the street, the sidewalk, the people, the trucks--we can watch it all. It is a totally rad nap spot. And, in case you didn't notice, my big brother, Inkee-Bear agrees with me.

I'm always ready for a good nap, a real good nap. And I love this blue cat bed that Meowmuh bought at CatConLA2015. We take turns napping in it. Meowmuh says we like it because it makes us feel safe and secure. I'm sure she's right but I always feel safe & secure--especially when I'm thundering through the house at 30 mph!

Auntie Sharon's niece, Bubby, sent us this card. It was made by mooningduck.com. These cool cats are doin' it!  They're celebrating International Women's Day! They say no to sexual harassment, discrimination & insecurity. Celebrate our day? Yes! It's Unani-mouse!

March 8 is our day. We aren't shown enough respect. That makes me mad, very mad. We have rights! We contribute to the domestic & global economy. How, you ask? We buy food, litter, toys, cat furniture & how about those big vet bills? Get out there & march & yell & yowl. See ya' out there! Hssss.

It's International What Day? Whose Day? Oh, it's OUR day. International Women's Day? I knew that. It's the day that all we female 2- & 4-legged critters all over the world celebrate our rights & hisss for more. This year's theme is: BE BOLD FOR CHANGE!  So, go out & prowl & yowl & be bold!

Do I look like the cat on the book? Sorta.' This book is about a street cat that is ill & abandoned. A recovering heroin addict takes him in.They bond, depend on each other & recover together. On London's best sellers list; in 26 countries. A must read. Meowmuh said so.

I read the book too. Believe me. Bob loved his new friend, James. He followed James down the street, got on the bus with him and rode on James shoulders when James walked down the street. People loved them. Read Meowmuh's Book Review, "A Street Cat Named Bob" under Mews N News.

What?  No, I'm not upset that you found me. But you did surprise me. This laundry basket is the cat's meow, so to speak. You should try it. No, really. It's soft and my crazy brothers don't bother me here.  We girls need our beauty rest, right?  

I went to sleep on Meowmuh's kitty slippers. They were a Christmas gift from Auntie Laurel. They're sooo soft. Thanks, Auntie Laurel. 

Maybe sleeping on a mousepad on a notebook computer on my first day in my new home may seem like a real little kitten thing to do but I was, after all, a little kitten. A itty, bitty, teeny kitten. I was kinda' cute, huh?
