Mother's Day

Oops.  Our hooman was ready to take the trash out but she got this phone call and, well -- you can see what happened. I didn't do it. It was the girls. They don't always see whisker-to-whisker but when it comes to getting into things, they're a real team.

Yummm. No time for meows or yowls now. Too busy chowin' down if you know what I mean. Oh, yeah. Thanks, Mom.  And thanks to all you Moms out there that take care of us critters -- hooman and otherwise.  Have a great Mom's day cause you know and we know -- you have earned it!!

Mom, it's time for our mid-day dry food treat!  We're waiting. Patiently waiting, I might add. The food cartons are right behind you in the laundry room. And our food bowls are right here -- just in case you didn't notice. We're starrrrr- ving. Know what I mean?  

We love it when they deliver the Cat Lady Box.  It comes every month. But even more fun than the delivery is when it's opened.  This month the box included not just toys for us but this cool T-shirt for our hoooman.  She says she'll wear it with pride all day on Mom's Day cause she is our Cat Mom.  Happy Mom's Day to all you Moms out there!! 

Yes, Sophee & I have the same cat Mom. And Sophee is sweet, like she says. Everyone loves her. Sometimes it makes me so mad. And we do have the same hooman Mom--we call her Meowmuh. She takes care of us, plays with us, gets fun toys for us. The only thing we don't like are those mani/pedi appointments with our vet. Grrrr. Hissss. We don't like shots either.

My sister Gracee & I are not the same age but we have the same cat Mom. What's cool is, we share the same hooman Mom too--we call her Meowmuh. I look like my cat Mom. Gracee looks like her cat Dad. Our Meowmuh gets special things for us--a huge exercise wheel that Spirit & I run on & a stroller that we take rides in.

Meowmuh discovered a long white box leaning on the front door yesterday. The gift card on the front of the box said: "Thank you for being such a good mommy to us. Love, Gracee, Inkee, Sophee & Spirit." How did we cats send her flowers? Well, we'll tell you. Our Auntie Laurel did one of those things that only hoomans can do.
